{Other NOTES from the DUGOUT}
Summer School: We will have two options for select students this summer.
1. Sara/Nicole are taking on our Title 1 Summer School (Reading Rooms, Lab, Library)(invites will be going to teachers this week to send home with Title 1/RTI qualifying students. If you have others to discuss, please consult with them.). They will run their program June 21st until July 21st on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 9:00-11:30 only (and take off the week of July 4th).
2. Annika, Dina, ??? are taking on our ESY (Special Education) Summer School (Hill's Room and Preschool Room). This program is for qualifying special education students only. It will run June 21st until July 21st on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00-12:30 (and take off the week of July 4th).
Cleaning Project: Thank you to everyone who helped pitch in to straighten out storage areas and create spaces again for every classroom. Things to take note on:
Check Out Procedure: If you didn't get a paper or don't understand the year end procedures to be checked out no later than noon on June 9th, please let me know.
Specials Schedule Verdict: Most all votes for for 'E' so that clearly is the winner! I am missing 4 votes only but even with those, 'E' will win! I will get a pretty draft out soon on 'E'! Thanks for voting!
One 'Student Piece of Work': I got clarification on what to send to the High School to give students when they graduate. They request ONE piece of student work to represent this school year. You need to turn those into me. The work must include the students first name, last name and school year or date. Please bring to me by Check Out.

Cleaning Project: Thank you to everyone who helped pitch in to straighten out storage areas and create spaces again for every classroom. Things to take note on:
- The 'empty' classroom is FULL of 'freebies' and old curriculum. Please help sort/organize and take what you can use before Thursday, May 26th.
- Storage Rooms will be for grade level teachers only and clearly labeled/marked
- Library Curriculum Closet is for CURRENT excess Curriculum and Library materials only.
- Library Work Room is for Novel sets (and soon to be shared math manipulatives) only
- Mechanical Rooms cannot have anything in them.
- One downstairs storage room is for excess, good student desks and chairs.
- The Computer Lab Office is for excess technology gadgets and iPad carts
- Foss kits should be in every grade level storage closet
- I am seeking a location for Kindergarten classroom storage and Reading Team storage.
